We believe that this is the most important programme that one needs to offer assignees when taking on an international assignment. We have worked with international assignees and their families for over 25 years and there is little doubt that a happy trailing spouse/partner and family can help increase the effectiveness of the international assignee.

Research clearly shows that out of the 30% failure rate of international assignments, 60% of that 30% is due to issues related to the spouse/partner and the family. The spouse may not always be the cause of the failed assignment, but rather, the lack of proper input and preparation may be.
